Taking home the trophy for the Junior Class win was Levi Baber.

In 600 Supercup, Lee Woodcock was in winning form.

In the 11.10 Class, Gilbert Cook qualified in no. 1 spot and went onto take the Class win.


10.10 Class saw Liz Charman get to grips with an unfamiliar bike and track to line up against local man, David Atherton. Liz putting down her best run of the weekend to beat David in the final and take home the trophy.

A great battle ensued for the running in 9.10 Class with the usual close times posted in qualifying. First time Alan Morrison Jnr beating Alan Morrison Snr for top qualifying spot with a perfect 9.10 run. In eliminations it came down to Finlo Hughes and Mark Pathan in the final. The results being declared as a dead heat so both riders walked away with a trophy.

Top Bike saw Phil Wood and Ed Davies line up on similar turbo hayabusas with Phil getting the holeshot and taking the win. Phil also took the fastest time of day trophy with an 8.85 second run at 172mph.

Competition Class award went to Owen Cooke.

Tom Atherton beat Josh Callin to take home the winning trophy in the 15.30

In 14.30 Class, Ian Merryweather got the better of Peter Astell-Burt for the win.

In the 13.30 Class, Kieran Baxter in his 1.6 litre Honda Civic did a giant killing act to beat the 7.2 litre Willys of Geoff Burchill and take the trophy.



Of the Gasser Circus, the V8 Engined Drag Saloons, Lee Pike was fastest with a 9.88 second 138mph run. Sean Milton in his Morris Z Van 2nd on 10.67 seconds at 133mph.
